Do these estimates replace human valuation?

No. Treat them as the best possible computer valuation and an intelligent screening layer—not a substitute for a licensed valuation. For formal reports or high-stakes decisions, engage a licensed property valuer or buyers' agent.

Is this financial advice?

No. Use the insights as a smart guide to inform your decisions and strategy. Always verify with your own due diligence before transacting.

Where does the data come from?

We ingest verified Brisbane listing exports, combine them with your proprietary heuristics, and normalize everything client-side for transparency.

How often is the data refreshed?

Daily. We rerun the models and update the JSON fixture so that the markers, cards, and confidence bands reflect the latest market pulse.

Can I export or share the insights?

Yes. Use the upcoming Hood Insights page for sharable tables and charts, or reach out via the Register tab to get early access.

Does it currently only support houses for sale?

Yes, for now. We’re actively working on integrating apartments and other asset types—stay tuned as those feeds come online.

Is Brisbane the only market?

At the moment, yes. We’re progressively onboarding other capital cities and regions. Register to be first in line when new metros go live.

I want a quick valuation before going into an auction. Can RealistIQ produce a report of estimates?
